 Mr. Ferguson has over 20 years of technology experience, starting with 6  years of service in the US Navy. He has worked on short and long term  projects located all over the world, including Germany, the UK, France  and Italy. His broad range of expertise includes Project and Portfolio  Management, Enterprise Architecture, and the Rational Unified Process. 

 Mr. Carpenter brings over 20 years of management and operations  experience, as a skilled advisory consultant with a proven track record  of leading strategic Information Technology (IT) portfolios. He has  delivered multiple complex transformation programs across major  government agencies and diverse commercial markets. Mr. Carpenter  received his MBA from the College of William and Mary - Mason School of  Business, and holds active CSM and ICP certifications.
